Students of class XI along with School Council Members visited BALIKASADAN ,Pallikunnu.



Students of Class XI visited SANTHWANAM, Old Age Home at Azhikode.



Students of class VIII were taken for an industrial visit to NEXT ENGINEERING ELECTRICAL CONSULTANTS, Taliparamba on 16 October 2024.
The objective of the trip was to provide students with an exposure to the practical aspects and applications of electricity.



On 5th October 2024, a group of 164 students visited the Kannur Fire Station for a demonstration and educational session on fire safety and equipment usage. The officials from the fire station conducted a comprehensive demonstration on fire extinguishers and water pumping, which was highly informative and engaging for the students.

Experiential learning is the process of learning through hands-on experience. In connection with the English chapter ' Daisy, the cow ' , a field trip was organised for Class1 students to a Dairy Farm .



The Class VI students embarked on an enriching educational excursion to the Ice Cream Factory, where they discovered the intricacies of ice cream production. Throughout the visit, they engaged attentively with the factory members, noting key points and gaining valuable insights.

The seed Club of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan conducted an awareness class for the students of class 7 on 11th September 2024 . The major objective of the class was to raise awareness about plastic pollution,finding innovative solutions to manage plastic waste etc. Ms Beena greeted the students and explained the major objectives of the meeting. Topics like importance of managing plastic, waste effects of plastic on the environment were discussed. Students instructed to make pen booths which would be placed in different parts of the school in the aim of collecting used plastic pens. Mr Sherwin also addressed the students and explained more about the topic and provided instructions on how pen booths should be made. The program concluded after encouraging and congratulating the students who contributed well in the seed club activities held in the last academic year.


Report on foundation training of YIP by K DISC

Foundation training on design thinking for young innovators of CBSE school students selected for YIP6.0 preliminary level was conducted on 10.09.’24.
Participated schools are K V Kannur, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kannur, Chinmaya Vidyalaya Payyannur and CMI Christ Iritti.
This programme aims to equip the students with essential skills to drive innovation and collaboration
The session was conducted by Mrs Athira C M-(District Programme officer K DISC& Convenor of District innovation council.)
This programme empowered students in following areas.
