Ruby Jubilee Annual Day Celebration ---SPANDAN-2025

Surakshit Marg-2025- An initiative on Road Safety was inaugurated today in the campus by ShriRishirajSing , Former Director General of Police.

The Constitution Day was celebrated in school today with an exhibition conducted by the Social Science Department which included a PowerPoint presentation on our constitution and preamble.

Cultural fest 2025-Aavishkar for classes I-V was conducted.

Cultural fest 2025-Aavishkar for classes VI-XII was conducted.

Unity Day was celebrated in school.

Art and Craft Exhibition was conducted in the school auditorium.

Capacity Building Programme for Sr. Secondary Chemistry was organised.
Resource Persons for the CBP were Mr.Vinu Moan Mathew ,Pricipal Cochin Refineries School and Mrs.JishaJanardhan, HOD Department of Chemistry, BharatiyaVidyaBhavan , Kannur. Around 32 teachers from various CBSE schools of Kannur District attended the programme.

Granthapooja was conducted at 7:45 am in the school auditorium on 13 October 2024 .Bhajans were sung and Pooja was conducted by eminent priests from the temple and books kept for Pooja were distributed to the students present.

Session on 'Adolescence' organised by District Court, Thalasseri

The District Court, Thalasseri, organized a valuable session on 'Adolescence' for Grade XI students. Advocate FathimaVazhayil, a respected legal expert from the District Court, Thalasseri, was the resource person for the event.

Quriosity Interschool General Quiz Competition was organised in our school on 20th September (Saturday) under the leadership of the School Quiz Club.

Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotic fervor today with the honourable Chairman of the vidyalayaShriSudhakaran hoisting the National Flag. Many programmes like House Wise Patriotic Song Competition , PT Display, Dances, Aerobics, Rangolietc were organised in connection with the celebrations. Sweets were distributed to the students.

School Dance Fest- Jhankaar -2025

School Dance Fest was conducted on 2 August 2025 in the school auditorium. Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, Kuchipudi and Folk dance were conducted for various categories.

The Model United Nations was organised at BharatiyaVidyaBhavan, Kannur Kendra by the School Cabinet which turned out to be a truly remarkable event

Inauguration of School Science Exhibition- Symphony 2025

Students demonstrated their innovative projects and experiments,demonstrating scientific concepts and creativity.It was truly an engaging and educational experience, inspiring young minds to explore science and its applications.

School Music Fest was conducted in the school auditorium. Light Music , Classical Music and Instrumental Music were conducted in 5 categories.

An Ant- Drug awareness programme was organised today in collaboration with Mothers's Army. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Sreejith Koderi , CI of Police, Kannur. Dr. Deepthi TR, Specialist in Early Cancer detection and prevention was the chief speaker who led the session.

Investiture ceremony was conducted today in the school auditorium. The school council headed by Dhyan Deepak & Ryan Albin, the Head boys and Nandana Praveen & Sreedivya , the Head girls were administered the oath of office by the School Principal Mrs. Geethanjali Sunil.

Literary Club was inaugurated today by Dr. Punnakal Vandana Mukundan (Associate Professor retd.)in the presence of the School Principal Mrs. Geethanjali Sunil, Vice Principal ,Mrs. Premaja OB and the literary Club members.

A session on Cyber Crime was conducted by Mr. Dijinraj PK , Civil police Officer of Cyber cell was conducted today for the students.

As part of Healthy Week 7/07/2025--12/07/2025, our school celebrated Rainbow Day on 7/07/2025, promoting awareness about the importance of colourful fruits in their diet.

A session on Rabies Awareness was conducted by Biju KK , Jr . Health Inspector, PHC Puzhathi on 30 June 2026 for classes VI & VII.

Literary Fest for classes XI and XII was conducted on 28 June.

International day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking

The students took pledge against substance abuse in the morning assembly. Speech against substance abuse was delivered in the morning assembly.

Felicitation ceremony to honour the toppers of SSE and SSCE was conducted on 25/06/2025 at school. Teachers were also honoured for bringing excellent results.

Book fair was conducted at school in collaboration with DC Books to promote reading as a part of Reading Month Celebration from June 23 to June 25

World music Day was celebrated by students singing a variety of songs under the guidance of Music teacher Miss Krishngeetha.

International Yoga Day was celebrated today by both students and faculty of the school jointly doing Yoga in the school auditorium. Students also performed Yoga dance.

National Reading Day was celebrated today with a variety of programmes.

On June 12, World Day against Child Labour , the Department of Social Science organized a session on "Awareness Against Child Labour" for classes 6th and 7th.

Classes started for grade 11 on 5 June 2025. The newcomers were welcomed by class 12 students who welcomed them warmly by indulging in mutual introduction.

World Environment Day was celebrated with a variety of programs.

The new conference hall was inaugurated by our honorable chairman Shri P Sudhakaran and honorary secretary Shri Naveen Lakshmanan in the presence of the School Principal Mrs. Geethanjali Sunil, Vice Principal Mrs Premaja OB and the all the teaching and non teaching staff.
